Cambridge English Speaking Examiner

Bavarian School Project

For the last 20 years, the Cambridge Institut´s Bavarian School Project has played a central role in offering Bavarian students the chance to earn a coveted Cambridge English qualification: a Cambridge B1 Preliminary (PET) certificate for those at Realschulen, or a Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE) certificate for those at Bavarian Gymnasien and FOS/BOS institutions. Supported by the Bavarian Ministry of Education and many committed Bavarian teachers, the Cambridge Institut oversees the organization of the exams, liaising between the schools, candidates, teachers, and the University of Cambridge. It has been a resounding success: annually, over 5,000 students sit the exams at selected venues throughout Bavaria.

Should you wish to become a Cambridge Speaking Examiner as part of the Bavarian School Project and be able to examine on the exam dates, the Cambridge Institut in Munich conducts regular training and certification sessions for Cambridge English Speaking Examiners. The sessions are run by highly qualified and experienced Team Leaders for Cambridge English.
